Results-driven Sales Representative to actively find and build relationships with prospective clients that will lead to sales that will boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
The qualified candidate should be presentable, well-spoken and have strong writing skills and be experienced with Microsoft Office suite products like Word and Excel.
Sales Representative Responsibilities Include:
Ability to learn and understand the Pvilion product line and services so as to be able to present them to existing and prospective customers.
Forecast existing and future customer needs.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
Understand direct sales and distribution/OEM opportunities.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
Continuously improve through feedback.
Perform cost-benefit analysis of existing and potential customers.
BS/BA degree or equivalent.
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative.
Experience with MS Office: Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Familiarity with CRM practices
An ability to be independent, especially in remote work environment
An ability to build and maintain productive business professional relationships.
