About the NY Statewide Virtual Manufacturing Day 2021 Host, Cohosts and Partners
FuzeHub is the statewide center for the New York Manufacturing Extension Partnership (NY MEP). From technology matching to manufacturing solutions, FuzeHub provides manufacturers and technology companies with guided access to an extensive network of industry experts, programs and assets. FuzeHub also manages the Jeff Lawrence Innovation Fund, which supports a set of activities designed to spur technology development and commercialization.
The Advanced Institute for Manufacturing (AIM) at Mohawk Valley Community College (MVCC) is the regional NY MEP center for the Mohawk Valley. AIM provides small and medium-sized manufacturers with training, consulting and technology services and supports the region’s priority industry cluster: cybersecurity and intellectual property (IP) protection. MVCC provides accessible, high-quality educational opportunities and hosts the State University of New York (SUNY) Apprenticeship Program.
The Industrial Technology Assistance Corporation (ITAC) is the regional NY MEP center for New York City. Throughout the five boroughs and beyond, ITAC helps companies expand into new markets, create innovative products, develop their customer base, find new partners, improve their processes, and develop sustainable practices. During the COVID-19 pandemic, ITAC has also led the personal protective equipment (PPE) assistance program.
The Manufacturing Technology Resource Consortium (MTRC) is the regional NY MEP center for Long Island. Located at Stony Brook University, MTRC provides training, workforce development, and other services to small to medium-sized manufacturing companies while supporting the region’s priority industry cluster: biotechnology. MTRC maintains a consortium of program partner resources within the university and can also leverage external partners.
