How do I continue to decrease costs when inflation is rising so rapidly? How can Value Analysis reduce my costs? Are there any new purchasing tools I can use that will benefit my company?
This course will teach students about advanced strategic sourcing techniques such as value engineering/analysis, on-line auctions and advanced purchasing strategies used by companies today. Advanced techniques will be taught on reducing costs within processes, overhead and material.
