When reaching out to PPE manufacturers, please have a list of your desired product(s) with quantity and product number/specs; you should also be prepared to indicate how frequently you would like your PPE delivered (i.e. one-time purchase, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, as needed, etc.).

Manufacturers are often on the production floor. Should they not pick up, please leave them a clear message with contact information and your reason for calling, so that they can get back to you.

If you are manufacturing PPE in New York State and are planning to continue producing PPE, or looking to sell your excess supply, we would love to include you in this procurement guide. Please fill out this form to begin the verification process.
