Sotek, Inc. is a 35-year-old family-owned manufacturer of precision metal stampings, stator and rotor assemblies for electric motors and generators based in Buffalo, New York. Although the company is ISO 9001:2015 certified, it has struggled to complete internal audits. This put their certification and potential revenue from customers at risk. To help in this regard, Sotek engaged Insyte Consulting to help them complete their audits.
